Copy of the order dated 11.07.2022 is tendered before this Court by Mr. N.S. Deshpande, learned A.S.G.I. which is taken on record and marked as document 'A' for identification. It is clear from the document 'A' that the Members of the Appellate Tribunal under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 have been appointed and it is submitted by Mr. N.S. Deshpande, learned A.S.G.I., on instructions, that Mr. Gopal Chandra Mishra is appointed as Acting Chairman of the Appellate Tribunal. He makes this submission on the strength of the copy of a cause list which is taken on record and marked as document 'B', which indicates that Mr. Gopal Chandra Mishra is the acting chairman.

If this is so, purpose of this petition would stand served and accordingly we dispose of the petition by giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue its remedy before the Appellate Tribunal so constituted and we also direct that the interim relief granted by this Court on 21.01.2022 shall continue to operate for six months from the date of the order or till the decision of the Tribunal on the stay application filed by the petitioner, whichever is earlier. No costs.
