It is submitted in the application that while drafting Criminal Application No.79/2020, inadvertently the name of Police Station, i.e. respondent no.1 is mentioned as Chandrapur City instead of Police Station, Mangrulpir, District Washim. Thus, applicants pray for permission to carry out modification in the form of correction in the name of respondent no.1. 2) This being an inadvertent error, application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to amend Criminal Application No.79/2020 by 26/3/2021. The application is accordingly disposed of.
