From the perusal of the certificate placed on record, it cannot be said that the petitioner was suffering from any serious ailment which preventing him from reporting to the prison on the due date. In that view of the matter, we do not find that any case made out for interfering with the order passed by the authority. The Criminal Writ Petition is, therefore, rejected.
