By this appeal, the applicant has challenged the impugned order passed by the learned Special Judge and Additional Sessions Judge, Chandrapur, rejected the application for grant of bail. 2.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the delay is caused in preferring the appeal, which is not intentional one. The applicant is a Driver by profession and doing a private job. Thereafter, he was arrested and he is behind bar, therefore, he could not arrange for his defence and therefore, there was nobody to look after his bail application and the Court proceedings. He could not

(2) 54.appa.52.2024 arrange, due to his financial condition and therefore, the delay is caused.

The learned APP strongly opposed the application on the ground that there is no sufficient and satisfactory reason for condonation of delay. 4.

Heard both the sides. Perused the application. Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, which appears to be sufficient and satisfactory reasons, the delay of 43 days is condoned.

Appeal be registered.

The application is disposed of.
