The petitioner seeks two reliefs, the first relief relates to not proceeding with the e-tender No.46/2021-22 without granting extension of time to the petitioner to complete the balance work and the second relates to extending time for the petitioner to complete the balance work.

Mr.Mohrir, learned counsel for the sole respondent submits, on instructions, that the respondent has decided not to proceed further in e-tender No.46/2021-22 and that, if any representation is made by the petitioner for grant of extension of time to complete the unfinished work, same will be considered in accordance with law.

The statement so made on instructions on behalf of the sole respondent, in our opinion, serves the purpose of the petition and therefore, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation seeking extension of time for completion of remaining work.

We direct that if such a representation is made within two weeks from the date of the order, same shall be decided in accordance with law by the respondent within a period of two weeks thereafter.
