After hearing the matter sometime, we expressed our non-inclination to entertain the petition as the petitioner has remedy to approach to the Magistrate for seeking direction under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

At this juncture, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks for withdrawal the petition with liberty to approach to the Magistrate.
