The petitioner - Smt. Sunderabai Piparwar is no more.

The applicant herein - Mr. Vijay Piparwar claims that he has inherited the share of deceased Smt. Sunderabai under will.

Smt. Sunderabi left behind, not only the applicant Mr. Vijay, three daughters and two other sons including respondent 2 Baba.

It would not be necessary nor permissible to make any observation on the claim that the applicant has inherited the share of Smt. Sunderabai.

However, as son and at least one of the owners of the property, prima facie, the applicant is entitled to prosecute this petition.

The applicant is permitted to prosecute this petition.
