This is an application for condonation of 90 days delay in filing appeal against the judgment and order dated 04.02.2021 passed by learned Special Court, Gadchiroli in Special (POCSO) Case No.49/2018, whereby the applicant has been convicted for the offence punishable under Sections 376(2)(f) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. The maximum punishment awarded is 15 years.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that the delay has been caused because the applicant has restrictions of movement. He could not collect the documents in time nor could he give instructions to his relatives or to Advocate. 3.

In view of above and for the reasons set out in the application, the delay is condoned.

The application is disposed of.
