Mrs. Patil, learned Counsel for applicant/ appellant, submits that cheque of entire compensation amount shall be deposited within one week from today. This Court on 5/7/2017 passed conditional order granting stay to effect and operation of the impugned judgment and award on appellant depositing entire decretal amount within twelve weeks. The said period since appears to have expired, present application is taken out.

In view of statement as made, applicant is allowed to deposit entire decretal amount within one week from today. On depositing amount with the Registry of this Court, interim stay shall stand confirmed pending appeal.

The civil application is disposed of in the above terms.
