O R D E R

(Passed On 12.03.2022) The matter is amicably settled, as a result that the appellant has withdrawn the appeal by filing a separate pursis stated that the present appeal is settled between the appellant and the claimant/respondent No.1 on condition that the amount of Rs.75,000/- be refunded to the appellant and the balance amount along with interest thereon be given to the claimant/respondent No.1. The respondents may be given the amount of award accordingly.

The appellant does not want to proceed further. In view of that, settlement is accepted. The appeal is disposed of as settled. Court fee be refunded as per Rules.

The claimants are entitled to withdraw of entire compensation amount, if any, deposited by the appellant in the Court along with interest accrued.
