The petitioners in Writ Petition No.4361/2013 and Writ Petition No.4362/2013 have not approached this Court in contempt petitions. Their employer is alleging contempt as caste claim of those petitioners has not been decided within stipulated time.

Only because orders of this Court have not been executed within time and not at the instance of the petitioners, we have enquired from Shri A.L. Deshpande, learned Advocate who appears for the
2 cp56.15 respondent in the matter. He relies upon the replyaffidavit to point out the difficulties. He also states that within next six months the Committee shall decide the caste claim. We have perused the reply. We do not find any mala fide or undue delay in the matter. 3.
In this situation, we direct the Committee to decide the caste claim within six months without fail. With this direction, contempt petitions are disposed of. JUDGE JUDGE pma
