Present application is filed by the applicant for grant of bail.

Learned APP pointed out that the applicant has not disclosed about his criminal antecedents. After the submission of the learned APP, learned Counsel for the applicant submits that today morning he sought an instructions and he came to know that there are four cases pending against the present applicant. Despite he is having the information about the criminal antecedents, initially, he has not disclosed the same before the Court and after the reply filed by the State also discloses about the criminal antecedents, thereafter also the applicant has not disclosed about his criminal antecedents or not filed any application showing his intention to disclose the said facts before the Court.

Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh application.
