This is an application for permitting the applicants to represent appellant no.1 (C) in the capacity of legal heirs as original appellant no.1 (C) Nitin Namdeorao Kadu is reported to be dead. His legal representatives namely Ranjana wife of late Nitin Namdeorao Kadu and his minor son Ishan are sought to be impleaded. Since son is minor, it will be appropriate to permit both these applicants as legal representatives of original appellant no.1 (C). 2.

The original appellant Nos.1-C-2 i.e. Ishant since is minor, he shall be represented through his mother i.e. appellant no.1-c-1.
