Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

Learned Registrar (Judicial) was pleased to refuse registration by the end of 17/12/2019 for removal of office objections. Now the appellant has removed the office objections except one. He undertakes to remove it.

There is a delay in preferring the restoration application. There are convincing reasons. Hence, the delay caused in preferring the restoration application is condoned. First Appeal St. No.18964/2019 is restored to file.

Both the applications are allowed and disposed of accordingly.

Issue notice to the respondents subject to removal of office objections within a period of three weeks. Thereafter, notice be kept returnable after the period of five weeks.

Civil Application [CAF] St.No.18965/2019:

Subject to deposit of the entire decretal amount within a period of four weeks, stay is granted to the execution of the impugned judgment and decree till final disposal of the appeal.

The claimants are at liberty to move an application for withdrawal.

The application is disposed of.
