The said prayer is granted. The writ petition is disposed as withdrawn. 3.

Since the petitioner has claimed that the respondents having acquired 0.15 HR land out of 0.18 HR, they cannot encroach on balance 0.03 HR land. It is open for the petitioner to approach the respondents with a prayer for joint measurement. If such prayer is made, we expect the respondents to look into the same and communicate their stand within a period of three weeks from the receipt of such representation on the issue of joint measurement. 4.

Order accordingly. No costs.
