This petition was essentially for inaction on part of the Police while investigating Crime No. 410/2022 registered at the instance of petitioner.

The concerned Assistant Commissioner of Police has filed an affidavit about his monitoring investigation and steps taken during the course of investigation. It is stated that the Police made arrest of culprit and informed that the investigation is in progress. In-fact, it was principal grievance of the petitioner that the Police are not arresting one Jagdish Jaiswal who was the main culprit. By the time, the Police have already arrested him and were carrying investigation. 4.

In view of above, petition stands disposed of by keeping all points open.
