Heard Shri Mishra, Advocate for the applicants. Other accused are released on bail as per the order of this Court in Criminal Application No.1054/2018 dated 07.01.2019.

The role of the present applicant is same. There is no specific name in the FIR against the applicant. The Sarpanch of village lodged a report stating that one unknown person was beaten by villager and due to which he died. Investigation is complete. Charge-sheet is filed. Hence, the following order.

The application is allowed.

They be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one solvent surety in like amount on following conditions.

They shall not tamper the evidence of prosecution witnesses.

They shall attend the trial Court on each and every date.

Breach of any condition amounts to cancellation of bail.
