Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, informs that the respondent no.3-Caste Scrutiny Committee has already transferred the case for deciding the caste validity of the petitioner to the Yavatmal Caste Scrutiny Committee. 2.

He has received written instructions from the Secretary of the Yavatmal Caste Scrutiny Committee intimating that the caste validity claim of the petitioner shall be decided within a period of four months from today.

Time as prayed is granted with an understanding that no extension on whatsoever counts will be granted to the said Committee. The order is passed considering the statement made by the Caste Scrutiny Committee that they shall be deciding the caste
