2 40-CAF No.297.2023 CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 298 OF 2023 By this application, the applicants are seeking stay to the effect, operation and implementation of the impugned Judgment and Decree dated 17.11.2021, passed by 4th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavtmal in Land Acquisition Case No. 48 of 2015.

On depositing entire amount of compensation along with accrued interests within a period of eight weeks, the effect, operation and implementation of the impugned Judgment and Decree dated 17.11.2021 be stayed.

On failure of the depositing of the amount, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
