01] By order dated 05.01.2022, this Court had permitted the Respondent Nos.1 to 8 to withdraw 50% amount of compensation of Rs.36,64,376/- deposited by the Appellant along with proportionate interest accrued thereon on giving usual undertaking. 02] Learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 to 8 states that 50% amount along with proportionate interest may be paid to them individually in equal share. He further states that they shall file their individual bank account details before the Registry within a week. 03] On furnishing individual bank account details and on giving individual undertaking, the Registry to transfer an amount of Rs.2,29,024/- along with proportionate interest accrued thereon in the individual bank account of the Respondent Nos.1 to 8. 04] The civil application stands disposed of in above terms.
