Miscellaneous Civil Application Stamp No.1036/2019 is filed to restore Civil Application (CAO) Stamp No.21647/2017 and Miscellaneous Civil Application Stamp No.21646/2017. First appeal was filed in the year 2005. First appeal was dismissed on 01-3-2007. Thereafter in the year 2017, application for restoration was filed. That application also came to be dismissed. Therefore, both these applications are filed to condone the delay and restore Civil Application (CAO) No.21647/2017 and 21646/29017. The delay is of 4267 days. The delay is not properly explained. Hence, both these applications are rejected.
