By this application, the appellant is seeking stay to the implementation, execution, and operation of the impugned judgment passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal in LAC No. 811/2012. 3.

Ms I.P. Khisti, learned advocate submitted that the principal amount is already deposited before the learned Reference Court.

On depositing the balance amount of interest within a period of ten weeks, the execution of the impugned judgment and award passed in LAC No. 811/2012 be stayed till the final disposal of the appeal. 5.

On failure to deposit the amount, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.

Civil Application is disposed of.
