The petitioner begs to submit as under :

1) That, the respondent has received the benefits of permanency as per subsequent Govt. Resolution dated 16.10.2012.

2) The respondent has submitted the affidavit stating therein that she will not claim any other benefits from benefits as per G.R. dated 16.10.2012. The copy of affidavit is annexed herewith and marked as Document No.1.

3) The petitioner in this background does not want continue with the petition and wants withdraw the petition. The copy of letter dated 16.10.2015 of RFO Wadali & Dy. C.F. Amravati about withdrawal of petition is annexed herewith and marked as
