O R D E R

Passed on 13th August, 2022 Shri S.S.Munnoli, Executive Engineer/appellant and Smt. Indirabai Digamber Mone/respondent no.1, are virtually present from the office of DLSA, Yavatmal and they are identified by their respective counsel. Panel members interacted with the appellant and the respondents. Both the parties have confirmed that they have willingly and amicably settled the dispute. Both the parties have filed terms and conditions of compromise in Form "H" alongwith Pursis. Terms of compromise are read over and recorded. In view of compromise, Award is passed. The Appellant shall be entitled to withdraw amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest, if any, after deducting the amount, if any already withdrawn, as per orders of the Court. The appeal is disposed of.

Court fees, if any, be refunded to the Appellant as per rules. Excess amount, if any, remain after disbursement of settled amount, be refunded to the V.I.D.C./State Government.
