The learned AGP waives the service of notice on respondent nos.2 and 3.

This is an application seeking stay to the execution of the judgment and award dated 09-04-2015 passed by the 3rd Joint Civil Judge (Sr.Dn.), Yavatmal in LAC No. 401/2006.

Learned Counsel for appellant submitted that the entire amount of compensation would be deposited within 8 weeks in the reference court and will produce the receipt in this court within a period of 8 weeks from today.

CAF2701-16 2/2 On the amount being deposited, it should be invested in any nationalized bank for the period of 37 months or till the decision of the appeal, whichever is earlier during pendency of the case.

On failure of the appellant to deposit the amount within stipulated period, the stay will be automatically vacated without reference of this court. Application is disposed of finally.
