DATE : MARCH 14, 2016 It is the grievance of the petitioner that the petitioner was not produced before the Sessions Court.
In the reply filed on behalf of the State, it is stated that since the offence committed by the petitioner can be tried by the Sessions Court, the petitioner was produced before the Sessions Court through video conferencing.
In that view of the matter, we do not find that the grievance needs any consideration. Personal production of the petitioner would be necessary only at the stage of effective conducting of the trial.
