By this application, Cross-objector is seeking stay to the award passed by Civil Judge Senior Division, Akola.

The learned Advocate Mr. Sagdeo holding for Mr. Agnihotri, learned Advocate for the appellant submitted that by his Cross-objection, the Corporation is seeking reduction in the compensation amount awarded by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Akola. The Crossobjector has also filed an application for stay. 3.
The learned AGP Mr. Kadu is representing respondent No.2. None present for the respondent No.1. 4.
On depositing the entire decreetal amount
(2) 20.cao.172.2019 alongwith the accrued interest, the implementation, operation and effect of the award passed by the reference Court is stayed.

The Cross-objector shall deposit the amount within six weeks.
