DATED : JUNE 28, 2017 This is an application for early hearing by fixed date filed by petitioner contending that he is out of employment. It is the case of petitioner that order of learned Labour Court is contrary to law as his services are illegally terminated by respondents in spite of his putting more than 240 days' service.
