The application is for condonation of delay.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that appeal is preferred challenging the order of acquittal along with the application for leave to file appeal. Delay of 12 days is caused in preferring the appeal and application.

Considering the application and the reasons mentioned therein, which show that there is a sufficient and satisfactory reason for condonation of delay, the delay is condoned.
