The order dated 12th January, 2021 indicates that the appellant was not present and had not filed paper-book despite giving final opportunity. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed after two weeks under the caption of dismissal.

It is seen that neither the appellant nor her counsel is present. The office note also indicates that paper-book has not been filed till date. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal, which is against the order of acquittal. 3.

The appeal, therefore, stands dismissed.
