Mr. U.J.Deshpande, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter has been settled between the parties and a decree of dissolution of marriage by mutual consent has been passed by the Family Court. In that view of the matter, he seeks permission to withdraw the Revision. Permission granted.

Criminal Revision is disposed of as withdrawn.

In view of the disposal of main Revision, Criminal APPR. No.97/2019 does not survive. The same is also disposed of. JUDGE Sahare
