By order dated 11.01.2021, the applicant was permitted to carry out amendment by deleting para 9 and adding para 10.1 to 11. The applicant has brought to my notice that in addition to para 11, the applicant had also sought additional grounds specified in para 5 and 6 of the application and seeks leave to add theses grounds in the memorandum of appeal. 2.

Hence, the application is allowed. After number 10.1 to 11 in first para of the order dated 11.01.2021, the following may be added:-

Order 61CAF112.21 "The applicant is also permitted to carry out amendment as specified in paragraph 5 and 6 of the application."

The applicant to file amended copy and serve to all the respondents.
