Shri Khamborkar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the Government has now framed a policy, as per the Government Resolution dated 2-8-2016, regarding repatriation of the surplus teachers absorbed in another School, in the original School of such teachers, as and when vacancies arise in the original School. He further submits that in view of this policy, the petitioner has made a representation dated 15-11-2019 to the respondent No.2 for his repatriation to the original School and this representation is yet to be decided. He, therefore, prays for a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation at the earliest.

We think that the purpose of this petition would be more than served if appropriate directions are issued to the respondent No.2.

Accordingly, partly allowing the petition, we direct the respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 15-11-2019 made by the petitioner to him, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 5.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
