By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 119 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and decree passed by the Family Court, Nagpur. 3.

The reason put-forth by the applicant is that due to family constraints, she is unable to file an appeal within stipulated time.

Learned Counsel for the respondent vehemently opposes the application.

However, considering the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay stands condoned. The Civil Application stands disposed of. 6.

Registry is directed to register the appeal.
