APRIL 4, 2017 Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Perused the reply affidavit filed by the non applicant no.1. The Investigating Officer has stated that no offence is made out against the applicant.

In this situation, it is apparent that the Investigating Officer has to file an appropriate report before the trial Court.

Hence, keeping all the rival contentions open and with a direction to the said Investigating Officer to proceed further in the matter as per the law, we dispose of the present application.
