The allegations made against the present applicant are of very serious nature. The allegations are that he has facilitated the other accused persons to sell an Indian national, a poor woman to one Shaikh in Saudi Arabia. Further, the applicant is absconding.

When the Court was about to dismiss the application, Mr. Wasnik, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application. Permission is granted as prayed for.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the investigating officer is hereby directed to take immediate steps to apprehend the applicant looking to the serious nature of allegations against him.
