It is informed that respondent No.2 earlier Secretary Shri Rajesh Dudhalkar is expired. There is no objection from respondents to substitute name of present Secretary 'Shri Goldi s/o Rajesh Dudhalkar'. As such, application is allowed.

The petitioner is permitted to substitute the name of Secretary of respondent No.2 Society. 3.

Necessary amendment is to be carried out within one week.

After amendment is carried out, issue fresh notice to the respondent No.2, returnable within two weeks.
