The learned Counsel for the Respondent points out that the Petition was filed because the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) was not functional and the DRT has now become functional. The learned Counsel for the Respondent further states that the Petitioner has already filed an application in the DRT.

02] Furthermore, by an order dated 25 January 2022, interim order was granted in favour of the Petitioner on a condition that the Petitioner will deposit an amount of 10.00 lakhs. The ₹ Registry has endorsed that the Petitioner has not deposited the

The learned Counsel for the Respondent also submits the same. In the light thereof, no further indulgence in the writ jurisdiction is warranted.
