The learned Advocates for the appellant as well as the claimant submits that in connected matter which arises out of the same award, this Court has permitted the claimant to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the appellant.

Accepting the submission made by the learned Advocates for the respective parties, the respondent No.1/claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the appellant on furnishing undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court stating stating that in case this Court concludes that the respondent No.1/claimant is not entitled for the amount
