DATED : 17-03-2025 The petition questions the order dtd 4.1.2024 (p72) passed by the Education Officer, Secondary, Zilla Parishad, Buldhana by which stay to the transfer order has been granted by the Education Officer. Learned AGP does not dispute that the Education Officer does not have any power to grant stay to the transfer which is the legal position, considering which, impugned order dated 4.1.2024 (p72) is hereby quashed and set aside.
