DATE : March 01, 2019 The prayer is to permit the claimants to withdraw the amount of compensation as deposited. Perused the impugned judgment and considering the nature of evidence on record, the claimants are permitted to withdraw 60% of the amount of compensation as deposited, subject to filing of an undertaking stating therein that in case the appeal is allowed, the amount withdrawn shall be redeposited along with interest at such rate the Court may direct. The remaining amount shall be invested in fixed deposit. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. First Appeal No. 163/2009 Considering the nature of dispute, the matter be placed before the National Lok Adalat.
