OCTOBER 13, 2025 1) The petition is directed against the order passed by Sub Divisional Officer, Balapur, Tq.Balapur, District Akola under Section 23 of the Mamlatdar Court's Act, 1906, whereby Sub Divisional Officer remanded the matter back to the Tahsildar to consider it afresh.

2) Without going into the merit of the matter by keeping all the issues open, if the matter is remanded back, no prejudice would be caused to the parties. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.

3) Let the Tahsildar to conclude the proceeding within three months by giving opportunity to all the parties. 4) Interim order to continue till disposal of the proceeding by Tahsildar.
