DATE : February 02, 2017 The claimant seeks to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant in this Court. Perused the impugned judgment. Considering nature of evidence on record, the claimant is permitted to withdraw amount of Rs.10 lakhs on filing undertaking that in case the appeal is allowed, said amount shall be deposited with interest at such rate the Court may direct. Further amount of Rs.6 lakhs is permitted to withdraw on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). Rest of the amount shall be deposited in Fixed Deposit. Civil application is disposed of.
