This is an application for recall of amount deposited by the applicant to the tune of Rs.84,567/- on 13.12.2018.

In the application, the applicant has stated that he in urgent need of this money. In that view of the matter, the application is allowed.

The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount subject to filing of an undertaking on affidavit within two weeks, to the effect that if he fails in the present appeal, he will pay the money back within ten weeks from the date of the order.

Civil application is disposed of.
