Learned Counsel for the applicant has pointed out the order dated 20.12.2018 passed by this Court in BA No. 1073 of 2018.

Facts in the cited order are different as in the present case. In the present case, victim is aged about 15 years and odd. It appears that she was forcibly raped by the applicant who is aged about 40 years. The witnesses have seen the victim crying while she was coming out of the house of applicant. Looking to the statements of witnesses, the applicant is not entitled for bail.

In the result, the application is rejected.
