Date : 17 th February, 2017 This application seeks injunction restraining the respondents from recovering an amount of Rs.1,12,164/- pursuant to the order dated 12-3-1991 passed by the respondent No.4 towards non-agricultural assessment in respect of the suit property.

The application can be allowed subject to certain conditions. The interim order in terms of prayer clause (1) of this application shall operate pending the decision of the second appeal. The appellant to deposit the entire amount of Rs.1,12,164/- in this Court within a period of six weeks from today; failing which the interim order shall stand vacated, and

The civil application is disposed of.
