DATED : 25-02-2020 The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 314/2019 registered at Police Station Korpana for offences punishable under Sections 354-A and 354-D of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. 2.

The minor complainant alleged that in the village fair, the applicant caught hold of her hand and asked her to join the applicant in the swing.

The complainant has submitted an application to the police station withdrawing the complaint. It is stated in the application that the complaint came to be lodged due to misunderstanding. The said application is signed by as many as six persons including the President of the Village Dispute Resolution Committee.

In view of the said application, I do not see any

2 aba36.20 reason why the applicant should not be protected. 5.

The application is allowed.

In the event of arrest in Crime 314/2019 registered at Police Station Korpana, the applicant shall be released on furnishing personal bond of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety of like amount.

7.

The applicant shall attend Police Station Korpana once in two weeks on Monday till the filing of the charge-sheet and shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer.
