The Industrial Court allowed the Complaint on the basis of the letter dated 10th May, 2003, issued by the President/Manager of the non-applicant-Bank, addressed to the Collector, Yavatmal, and the letter dated 18th October, 2006, issued by the Collector. This aspect has been dealt with by this Court in paragraph 3 of its decision rendered on 5th February, 2015. No case is, therefore, made out for review.

Application for review is dismissed.
