V' confirms that she is aged 20 years and that she is happily married with Mr. 'R', the marriage having been solemnized on 09.12.2020.

It is not in dispute that Mrs. 'V' is an adult. 4.

V' is entitled to chart her own path in life. She is entitled to reside with a person of her choice and the petitioner, who is her mother, cannot be heard submitting that the learned Magistrate committed an error in not issuing a search warrant under Section 97 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973.
