Respondents have categorically pointed out that the passenger proof was produced before it by petitioner on 18.03.2015, and immediately permit was issued.

This statement on affidavit is not demonstrated to be false and learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has preferred to argue the matter on the basis of these documents.

In view of this, we do not wish to interfere, Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE Rgd.
